Ken Swift is one of the greatest influences the dance of bboying has known. a true pioneer, he was recently voted 2nd most iconic dancer of the 20th century. one of the original members of world renowned rock steady crew, Ken is considered “the epitome of a bboy”.
For serious BBoys & Bgirls the course aims to toughen students up with hardcore practical bboy technique. You will also deconstruct ‘the battle’ through multi-media history & strategy sessions, & focus the mind & body to create unstoppable winning machines, with daily yoga, body conditioning & osteopathy sessions.
