Introducing SoHHA17 Yin Yoga tutor Kim Bloemers




































Yin Yoga is a mindful, slow-paced practise where seated and lying postures are held for 3-5 minutes. The physical focus is on the fascia, the joints, and ligaments, with the aim of improving flexibility while working on our energy flow, drawing from TCM meridian theory.

Kim comes originally from the Netherlands and after living 20 years in Italy she moved to Cambridge last year. She is a certified yoga teacher and teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga classes in and around Cambridge. She completed her Yin Yoga trainings studying with Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers.

Come & join Kim at the SoHHA Youth and Community Free Open Day on Saturday 27th May 2017 10am - 5pm at Impington Village College for a free taster workshop in Yin Yoga. Her workshop ends the day from 4.15pm - 5pm www.soulshineyoga.co.uk
